I got an interview with TI from talking to a recruiter on campus at a career fair. The interview was conducted virtually and was all behavioral questions and lasted about 45 minutes.

Nice recruiter. He told me a little about the company, we had small talk, and then he asked me 3 behavioral questions. Then, he gave me a chance to ask any questions that I had.
