Initially applied through TI website, had very technical phone interview in December, was not offered Job. Another spot opened up, and that I had prepare a 10 minute presentation to give to 2 engineers. Throughout presentation I was asked specific details of the project I worked on. Very precise.

First was called by the hiring manager himself a couple of times. Was very casual. I got to ask as many questions as I wanted. He was very nice. Then, a formal interview was scheduled. I gave a presentation on one of my projects. Lasted an hour. Two people were there and asked me questions about it. Was technical.
