Interview
There were a few typos and miscommunications in my e-mails to schedule the interview, but we eventually got a time and day worked out. I am from out of town, and they were very flexible with my schedule. When I arrived everyone I ran into said hello and the nurse manager greeted me immediately even though she was not quite ready for the interview (I was a bit early). She was very welcoming and nice. I interviewed with two nurse managers who were both very nice and sincere. The interview only took about 30 minutes. Most of the questions asked were about times when blank had happened and they were looking for specific examples. Overall it was a great interview experience and I am hoping for the best!

Interview
Submitted my application online and was contacted to schedule an interview. Interview consisted of two panels, one was the leadership team and the second was a peer panel. Each interview was 30 minutes and they were done back to back.
Standard process with recruiter and manager. Asked to discuss resume and interest in position. Advised of outcome by recruiter with either offer or no offer and deadline to accept offer.
Super quick. Friendly phone interview, there may be 1-2 rounds with floor managers/charge nurses. They communicate well - via email or phone; so make sure you check your phone often.
