I had 3 rounds of interviews. It was a great experience throughout the process and I even received positive feedback. For my final round, I went into the office to meet the team members. Everything seemed to feel positive and was going in the right direction, but then I never heard back from anyone after that. I followed up with HR a couple of times and never heard back. A lot of time invested in this just to get ghosted by the company. I understand they may have been overwhelmed with a lot of candidates, but at least send a quick courtesy email knowing that I made time out of my work day to travel to the office and meet with them. I was just left in the dark instead. This was handled very unprofessionally in my opinion.
