The interview process consisted of three stages. The first stage was a phone call (screening). The second was an evaluation of my skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign + a simple 4-5 open questions to evaluate my level of English. The third (and last) part of the process was an in person interview with the goal of seeing if me and the company were actually a good fit.
