The first step after applying with resume and personal letter was an automated video interview with timed questions about why I had applied for the role and background. Next up was numerical and analytical tests online. Questions not to difficult, but the time was very limited. I got to meet with HR and manager for a normal interview.

This was part of the campus placement drive at University. We were called to attend the interview at the Manufacturing Facility at Pune. We were taken a tour around and explained about the way Tetra Pak Protects what's Good! The Interview was a one on one with a panel, which went around for long. It was very interactive with lot's of real situation based questions. Then there was the usual HR type of questioning which involved a lot of what and what not's questions. Finally the interview ended with a note on Future prospects within the company if hired and then a casual personal discussion with the panel about college life.
