very rigorous by excellent senior management team. interview was for 6 hours with 7 interviewers. great test of core supply chain and manufacturing knowledge. interview started with a factory tour and continued with involvement of senior management throughout the process.

most of the questions were very direct and related to job description and questions were posted while giving a factory tour. rigorous and explains existing issues in the functional group and expectations from the potential hires.
