I applied for the position, and I got invited to complete the TestGorilla assessment. As many people have already mentioned, it's quite unfair that they recorded your face through the camera and checked everything. The funny thing was that I never moved my mouse outside of the screen and they said yes?? Actually, I had completed different types of pre-assessments for hiring processes; they required me not to move the mouse or change to any tabs, but it wasn't necessary to record via camera, because it's definitely not necessary! It said it was related to seeing my abilities or skills for the position that I applied to, but I didn't see any relationships, and they judged my skills through this test. Oh well. Plus, the time limits are very tight for non-native English speakers. Explanations of questions are quite long, but you only have a few seconds to complete them.
