      Sales Interview

      13 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TestEquity

      Interview

Over 3 months of interviews. 4 stages including recruiter, teams meetings, presentation, in person meetings. Over long with often periods of being told the hiring manager is off on a vacation/long weekend to try and manage me while drawing out the process. Finally, was told hiring manager is really interested, very positive and wants another round so I requested a prospective offer in writing that day and they refused to do it. The processes the company put in place to hire are ultimately how they run their business. I dodged a bullet. Don't waste your time like I did.

      Question 1

Multiple questions. Obviously Testequity are only interviewing to getting free advice and not hire. Avoid. Very sad when a business is as badly managed as this.
