I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla (Fremont, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Got reached out by a recruiter after I applied to the role from their website. Initial interview was more of a get-to-know-me and asked generic questions on my experience and interest in Tesla. Had the next round with the hiring manager 4 days later. I was told it'd be a teams audio call but the manager showed up on video and I had to scramble last minute to be presentable while she waited. The questions were tailored to the role while tying it to my experience and in the end I figured I won't be a great fit since they were looking for something outside of the description but still within the packaging space. Wasn't expecting to hear back anyway.
