Long, disorganized process. Lots of phone calls with different people, on-site interview panel with powerpoint presentation... Long periods of no feedback or news and then all of a sudden you're expected to accommodate the interviewer's schedule for another interview, or drop everything and fly out for an in-person interview. Panel interview style does not allow candidate the time to even go to the bathroom or get water for 4 hours (at least nobody asked me if I needed anything)... Definitely an interesting experience!

Pre-screening questions via email, screening call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, panel interview (presentation, Q&A + 4 individual 30' interviews). The process took about 6 weeks. I was waiting to receive feedback from the panel interview when I noticed they had changed the job listing for the role I had applied to, requiring +3 yrs of experience more than in original listing. I reached out to the recruiter to follow up and received a generic rejection email the next morning.
