I applied online from Tesla's website and within a week a got a phone call from one of the recruiters. She was very kind on the phone and the interview went really well. After the interview ended, she set up an in person interview with two other managers at the site and told me to arrive on the set date. My interview on site went really well and the recruiter told me that she would be in touch will let me know the results via email.
Interview was quick and straightforward. The Recruiter was super nice and will answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately did not move onto next round even tho I had most qualifications and was given no feedback

*Recruiter Phone Interview* Basic phone interview. 15 minutes max. Basically asks you questions about your work history and experience to see if you’d be a good fit for the position. Next interview is virtual with team members and hiring manager. (Have not completed virtual interview yet)
