Interview
After a quick intro, the hiring manager asked specific questions about the technologies related to the position and resume. Questions came across more like a verbal college quiz more than most interviews I've had. The manager seemed like a great smart guy to work for but mentioned the need for extensive travel at the last second which was not going to fit my life situation.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla in Mar 2025
Interview
Well I had a good and bad experience, first step was with the HR 30 min call, after i did a 30 min face call with the manager and then i did 1 hour test, after the test 10 min call with HR asking some stuff about the test, after i had another 1hr meeting with the manager to discuss about the test and after that i had no answer from their side, i sent an email to HR to ask for a feedback and seems they are ghosting me, I think is kind rude since i put a lot of my time for this process, studying for the test, changing my schedules to make time for the interview etc..
