Interview
It's a small company consisting of 6 people in total so whatever decisions they make in hiring a new employee is strictly scrutinized and discussed with everyone. If you're in Chicago itself, they'll ask you to come down to their office and give a 2:1 interview with the president and the lead consultant. If you clear that round, you will have a second round again with the lead consultant, president and one more technical guy to go through your technical skills. First round is typically an behavioral, personality test kinds and the second round could get a little technical. Overall, the process is easy.
