      Clinical Research Coordinator Interview

      22 Dec 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Somerset, NJ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Terumo (Somerset, NJ)

      Interview

AWFUL! These people made me go through 7 interviews (3 on the phone, and 4 in person on the same day)... overall, I spent 5 hours interviewing at this company and they ended up never getting back to me. During the interview, they were trying to steal information about how the company I work for does things and achieve good results. They kept going through my resume and references and highlighting the names of systems I have used at other companies and telling me that they will check them out so they can implement them in their company. At the end of the interview, I was asked about where I am originally from because I look foreign. Regardless, I followed up with an email to thank them for the interview and inform them that I would like to know what the next step was, they never got back to me. I also called and they never picked up. This was the worst interview I have ever been through... very unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time with these rude, unprofessional, information theives. They use candidates as a way for them to steal some information about other companys' competitive advatange.
