Question 1
How do you design software components so they’re easy to test?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies (Lakewood, CO) in Jul 2022
Interview
I was told by the recruiter there will be multiple rounds, first round with the hiring manager. The recruiter had given me a list of behavioral questions and tips to answer them in a particular way for the first round. I knew from then on I don't want to work in this company, but I took the initial 30 min interview, just to get an idea. The interview was a general discussion about my background and tools/technologies I have used. I never heard back after the 1st round and I don't even care. This company seems to be more focused on a candidate's "cultural fit" rather than his skills and is really not worth my time. By the way, the guy interviewing me told me there would be a cognitive test, another proof this company is obsessed with "cultural fit" of a candidate.
