I took an initial screening phone call, then a phone call with the hiring manager, and finally a virtual case study interview. I had a very positive interview experience with receptive and enthusiastic interviewers.

Interview
3 rounds, last round included a 5 step task - identifying hard to waste streams, companies to target, individuals in the companies to contact, writing 2 fake emails, and then a four slide presentation pitch.
Super quick interview with HR, lasted 12 minutes and the interviewer didn´t even put on her camera. Not a fair chance to be honest. Would love to have another oportunity for a position because it seems like a great company to work for.
