      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TerraCotta Group (El Segundo, CA) in Oct 2025

      Interview

First round with two team members, virtual. Took about 30 minutes and was strictly behavioral. Relatively relaxed, interviewers were mainly interested in why I applied and how much I understood about TerraCotta Group. Second round was two weeks later and was also primarily behavioral, focusing on my academic and professional experiences.

      Question 1

Why do you want to work in CRE? What is your most challenging class and how are you approaching it? If a sample of 1000 observations has a mean of 30, what would you expect any single observation to be if you selected randomly? If the variance is 1, is it possible to pull a value of 25?
