Unfortunately they do not take under consideration the candidate experience in their interview process.
* 2 months between CV sent and 1st round interview.
* 2 weeks before 1st round interview and 2nd round with no communication
* 3 weeks for the feedback after the 2nd round
Be aware that the 2nd round is a numerical and verbal reasoning test. Whilst the majority of firms within the industry aren't using the results as a decision factor but rather as a indicative factor, Terra Firma uses the test results to progress the candidate or not even if you have more than 10 years of experience.
There's a clear lack of structure and a clear turnover within the firm, I would advise other candidates to reach out to their network to get some insights about the business before interviewing.
1st interview was a basic interview and the positive was that they were honest and transparent from the beginning and they're telling you what to expect which is a way of working a bit all over the place due to the lack of internal process and senior managers not being flexible on improvement.
I withdrew from the process after the 2nd stage and never heard back.
