It was short and precise and friendly and and they make you relax even interviews can always make one neverous just relax and do a bit of research and just understand your job and be your best what you do
Typical of the Smaller DC firms. First was a phone screening then one face to face. Overall the process was seamless and the management team conducted a panel style interview.
Phone interview with Recruiter and then in-person interview with COO Mike Snitman. I was told that I would be invited back. It took a while for the COO to provide next steps to the Recruiter. Once the recruiter contacted me with an update, she told me that it was on hold for me to meet other members of the team. Taking leave from work to interview cost me money. The whole process was a waste of time.

Question 1
He asked several questions and it seemed like he was probing for new ideas and strategies to implement himself vs. actually hiring someone to fill the position. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
