Hi there, thanks so much for the feedback. I completely understand your frustration and just want to acknowledge that I did ask a lot of questions regarding construction experience. This position will primarily be sourcing and working with construction contractors for our campsites. It's therefore, super helpful if they have had experience in this field before. Your application listed maintenance experience, and even though it said "minor wall repair... drywall, etc. " I was hopeful that our conversation might uncover more than what was listed. I'd rather have the conversation with a candidate and find out that is not the case, than overlook a candidate and find out there were aspects of their experience that was not listed on their application. It's always worth a conversation in my opinion, especially since sometimes these conversations lead to exploring other options with the company.
