The process was average - The hiring manager was welcoming and communicated the process and role very well. As one of the final top candidates, I made it through all rounds, but unfortunately did not get the offer. When I followed up to ask for feedback and any improvements I could implement to help better my chances, the recruiter never responded after they told me they would get back to me with information.
