Tend Manager interview questions

I applied online and received a scheduled call for the position. I found the call very odd. The recruiters had very generic questions and a quick LinkedIn check shows that Tend is very monochromatic: it's all Caucasian staff with 1 Asian woman in senior level positions (Fetish anyone?). The only non-Caucasian was promoted to "assistant manager" from front desk this month so they don't seem to favor a single ethnicity. Not to add HR is from Tennessee...and non-responsive before, during and after. This is one "startup" everyone needs to stay away from. Racism at its finest. The product manager rating on their page is fabricated.

Racist company, or people team I should say, and I'm glad I'm not the only one to experience this. Do not apply if you're someone of color or minority. It seems that they have since tried to shape up with all these featured "diverse photos" but don't let the images fool you.
