They do put a lot of weight on your publication. HM round went good but got stuck because of the publication records and didn't go further. Their interview is not hard and the manager was asking typical questions, but she didn't give me clear answer when I ask what my primary responsibility was and how my daily life might look like, which is a red flag to me.
