Interview
I got a phone interview with a recruiting manager. Then we went to a career evaluation center where we did a couple of things:
1. Introductions
2. Numerical and logical reasoning tests ( this is an eliminator step)
3. Short logical problem
4. English test
5. Team work assignment ( a pipeline deliver problem)
After that I got another phone call and another interview @ Tenaris headquarters with the managers where I got asked the standard interview questions.

In the final stage, they asked basic questions and working preferences and seemed not really interested in the answer and more likely driven by subjectivity
There's an online interview where you use a platform to answer questions. You read each question briefly and get 2 minutes to answer. I'm new to this interview style, and it's quite interesting.
