Temple & Webster interview questions

I had an initial screening call with HR for the Site Merchandising Lead role. During the call, she mentioned there would be a test, but I never received any instructions. After a brief follow-up, she clarified that there wouldn’t be a test and that she would provide an update soon. After that, communication stopped, and I received a rejection email two weeks later. Overall, the process felt unclear and inconsistent.
