Interview
I attended the TD3 job fair a few years ago. You go into a room and there are many people from different schools providing interviews. They guide you where to go and who to sit with. Then the interview begins and they ask basic questions. Questions may depend on your experience. For example, if you have been teaching for 5 years your answers may look a little different than someone who just graduated. (Keep in mind I interviewed a few years ago).

Q: Tell me about yourself and experience as a teacher?
Principals only and hr manager. Very friendly and quick interview. The questions were asked by one person mostly. However everyone was welcoming and friendly and warm. The experience was stress free and easy going. Standard questions were asked and all very pretty straight forward to answer if you’ve ever been a teacher.
