Very laid back, easy interview. The interviewer asked all the usual questions you could expect. Almost like he was regurgitating a "101 top interview questions" book. This is a very easy job to get. It's a revolving door of people so you shouldn't have any issue with the interview no matter how nervous you are.

Good interview. They asked a lot of questions on previous support experience. Windows experience questions like what to do if computer is running slow, how to free up system resources , how to use msconfig and ipconfig.
