Initially screened by recruiter, which was quite fast. Had an in-person interview within one week of the recruiting start. Met with the COO, who was very focused on the specific skills and experience needed for the position. Had an answer about the job by the end of the week following the interview.

The whole process does not take long. The recruitment goes through some recruiters who do the initial screening. An exercise is sent through email, which is pretty easy. Technical interview is then done on site, then sometimes a final interview is done by upper management

Technical interview were about basic .NET & OOP topics, pretty easy IMO
Topics could be about Web API, WCF, WPF, MVC, basic SQL, and some basic front-end.
