Railed off questions for 45 mins and then made me do an excel test that they didn’t allow me to prepare for beforehand. Test basically determined if I got the job or not. I did not get an offer

Small department the process was short one phone interview that lasted for 15 minutes. No HR involvement 2nd interview on site with Procurement manager followed by meeting with Sr. manager on the same day.
