Applied online and didn't take entirely too long to hear from them. Scheduled an interview through e-mail. The HR is very organized and was very professional. Was given a list of who I would be seeing ahead of time. Met three people on initial interview: Manager, Team Lead, Manager's Manager.
Was not asked too many technical questions, they don't expect you to know everything. The interview felt more like an orientation than an actual Q&A type of process.
The final person you speak with informs you of the company and a little history. Great over all feel and very straight forward presentation from him. He informed me they still have a few more interviews, but should be in contact in a few weeks.
A few weeks go by and was e-mailed to come back for a second interview. This interview was more in depth. You meet other team leads of other sections of what you could be working in. A mix of both personal questions and technical questions (more personal though).
At the end of the day I recommend you show confidence and resilience. In my opinion, I feel like I flinched because they mentioned they don't have a strong training program. They more throw you into the field and you learn as you go. Also mentioned the extra hours that are expected of you to learn what you're doing. Caught me off guard with this information and that's where I feel they thought I wouldn't last.
