I recently applied and was interviewed at Telecare and had a good experience with most of the employees I communicated with in the process. All the people that I first encountered were professional, kind, and respectful. Nonetheless, I felt a bit frustrated with the last part of the interview.
The hiring manager was absent during the first scheduled interview and late to the second one. The questions I tried to answer with both emotional intelligence and professional responses were met with questions that definitely crossed some boundaries.
I was trying to remain flexible and professional, yet it made me feel unsure about the communication and organization of the hiring process. I enjoyed the interview process, but I wish the company would focus on addressing such scheduling and communication challenges for future candidates.
