Went by smoothly and casual. Guy over the phone seemed very human like and not reading off a script . Only thing i disliked was his questions and the ability to not discuss higher pay. In this economy it's just not enough to get by.

One phone screen and two interviews. I was screened and scheduled for two interviews with managers. The interviews were 45 minutes long.Candidates undergo reference checks and security clearance verification. Offers are extended upon approval, and onboarding paperwork begins after acceptance.
