Applied online, phone call with recruiter, was given a take home assignment to complete, in person meeting with 5 different people, asked back for a second round to meet with CMO and VP of Sales. Overall, it was a somewhat long process, and I even had to complete an assignment. When I met with them in person the first time it took about an hour and a half, and the second time I was asked in again it took about an hour. I ultimately made it to the final round and then was not offered the position. While I was obviously disappointed, it was apparent that they were really considerate and genuine about the process. They understood how it was a big disappointment to make it that far only to be rejected, and maintained that they'd love to help me out in my job search- which they have! I received a referral from the recruiter which was great. In the end, even though the process was long and a bit tedious, they definitely take it seriously which means they'll find great people to hire. I think they're a great company and wish them the best of luck!
