First, I talked to the HR Director over the phone, and then I was invited to do an on-site interview with the VP of Finance, the Operations Manager, and the HR Director.

Very casual, more discussion about company goals, history. They asked a few questions about my skills and previous work history. I met with three people one-on-one. They were the HR Manager, Ops Manager and Procurement.
