An initial phone call to know more about my resume and my experience, I got the chance to ask some questions about the position and the company. Then, the person who was interviewing me asked me to prepare a marketing plan for one of their products. I had four days to work on this, and during those days I had direct communication with the Director of Strategy and Business Development who was very kind in answering questions that I had about the current marketing strategy.
The final interview had three stages. The first one where I presented in front of the Director of Strategy, the marketing director and the project manager the ideas I had for the marketing department. The second stage was meeting some people from the sales team, since the company is very committed to make these two departments work closely. The final stage was an interview with the CEO in which I got to ask questions about the vision of the company and how they saw my position within the business strategy.
