Three stage- HR basic screening, Technical & VP- they don't provide feedback, they interview a lot of candidates, their process seems a bit arbitrary. It is not really equity research it seems to be more of data entry. HR was nice but did not provide any feedback

Interview
The interview process was smooth, professional, and well structured, lasting about a month from start to finish. HR was responsive and supportive, and all interviewers were friendly, respectful, and made the experience comfortable and positive.
Phone call - It was pretty casual and chill. The HR calls to discuss about your background and past experiences. Nothing exhaustive. Questions about the work environment and team culture were asked. .
