Tee Time Lawn Care interview questions

After applying to an ad on Craigslist I was contacted with one phone interview for a sales position. After the interview I was told I would be more qualified for the Sales Manager position and asked if I was interested. This led to two video interviews. They verbally offered the position after agreeing on terms I put in my two week notice as they requested, A few days later my written offer was sent and was hardly half of what we agreed upon and completely different terms. When asking for clarity from both employees I interviewed with I have yet to receive any response. Poor business approach indeed.
