Applied and had an initial interview with the CMO. Very nice guy and made the company seem like a great place to work. Had an interview with the CEO, CFO and Head of SEO a few weeks later. They all seemed very nice as well, but they took issue with my experience for some reason. Halfway through the interview the CEO had already checked out and you could tell he wanted to end it. It seemed like they wanted someone who was just starting their career rather than someone who already had a lot of experience and could provide a lot of value.
