The interview process at TechWave was fairly straightforward but a bit disorganized. After an HR screen, I had a technical interview focused on SQL and data analysis. Some questions felt either too basic or too advanced for the role. The process took about 2-3 weeks, and while the team was friendly, I didn’t receive much feedback afterward, which was frustrating. Overall, solid experience but could improve on communication and follow-up.

Firstly, they took my HR interview on call and then Technical Round which was split into two rounds Objective and Subjective. So if passed job will be given otherwise not.
