The managing director of the Farm to Forks project was incredibly overwhelmed and unable to have a successful interview process. I was interviewed twice and communication was lacking. A conversation with an associate on the team was expected to be set up but ultimately I was *ghosted* until I followed up. Then I was told I was not being considered. It was a waste of time ultimately and the interviews were underwhelming. For the best - it lacked organization and clarity. The team seemed unable to handle the pressure of the upcoming accelerator program.
