It consists of 4-5 rounds.It was basically a non tech job.
The job was of analyst.I cracked all the rounds but failed in last round.It consists of assessment test,GD round,JAM round,Tech interview,HR round.

Interview
It was quite good. Things went smooth and gradually they looked for communication skills as well as management skills which basically enhanced the level and made things easy. There were guesstimates and other situation based questions.
