Emails to schedule with the HR Dept, followed by a group chat, then a one on one digital interview and a docusign. After that it was emails until I accepted and entered the on boarding process. Once you accept the position then you get a lot more attention in the on boarding process and weekly calls.

Easy took about half an hour and was hired in the spot, questions were about my previous experience in sales and technology. Very low key low pressure. More of a discussion than a formal interview
