There was no phone screen, just an in-person interview. The interviewer was 20 minutes late and there was another candidate with the same interview time. The receptionist told him to go grab a coffee because he would be waiting a long time. The interviewer started out by explaining that this is a 100% commission contract position. I want to repeat that so you know going into it. 100% COMMISSION-BASED CONTRACTOR POSITION. I told her that this is not what I am looking for and that they should let people know that before the interview. At the very minimum, they should do a phone screen so they don't waste the candidate's and their own time. I walked after a few minutes.
