Reached out to the India team through mutual friends. It was really networking based. I was directly interviewed by the India managers and then referred to the US for a final sanity-check.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. They were just interested in learning more about my background.
The interview process was simple — covered my motivation for joining, past experience working on FMCG and consultancy. The interview lasted about 20 mins and the interviewer left time for me to ask questions towards the end about the project and expectations from the role.
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Casual chat about the role followed by specific questions about my work ex. Also had a chat with the recruiting coordinator for volunteers about the process
