I had a phone screening, then skills assessment online. After assessment I was invited to continue, but I declined for personal reasons, nothing to do with the company. HR was very responsive throughout the process.

Online assessment was a long multiple choice A+/Network+ style test. Some of the questions did seem outdated (e.g., 1990s tech seemed to pop up)
