Technicote interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward. There were no in depth psychological questions. All questions were focused on past work experience and industry experience. Specifically related to adhesive products or pressure sensitive products and applications. How did you overcome specific obstacles and meet sales quotas were the main focus. Also how to work with customers that are unhappy or challenging were part of the discussion.
