Interview
I was contacted by an outside recruiter with a staffing agency after submitting my resume to the staffing agency's website. You are contacted within a few days. They are very flexible with scheduling the interview. During their busy seasons, they are very slow about getting back to you about a decision. I had to call them 3 or 4 days later to thank them for their time. Within 3 hours after the call, I received an offer letter in my email inbox.
