Interview process was smooth and got completed in a day, However the problem starts after that. I have been called by a consultant Elite HR Practices for the job opening. It started with an online test that consisted of Manual Testing questions after that there was a technical interview followed by manager interview. I was able to clear both of them then came the HR explaining all policies and salary discussion. I sent my document to Elite HR for Offer Letter/Letter of Intent processing. It has been 2 weeks since then i have not heard from them yet. Even after multiple follow up i got no reply from the consultant as well as the HR. Totally unprofessional behavior and Nobody cares about positive feedback.
