It usually starts with an initial screening round, where HR or a recruiter discusses my background, project experience, and understanding of Salesforce features.
Then comes a technical interview, which focuses on Apex programming, triggers, asynchronous processes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). I’m often asked to explain how I’d handle scenarios involving governor limits, bulk processing, or integration patterns.
